The Telemedicine Service
Telemedicine connects you with our medical team using e-mail or telephone conversations.
When you use our service you will be supported throughout by our professional admin team, also
available by phone or e-mail.
When you begin treatment your medical data is recorded by the telemedicine team and stored in your
file. This generates a history of all of your consultations.
Your medical data allows us to monitor your treatment progress and respond quickly to any changes in
your health.
If you have taken one of our 6 months or one year packages you can update us with your progress
throughout that time.
We will produce a treatment strategy for you based on your first consultation and we can make changes
according to your medical needs each time you contact us.
Dispatching Medicines
Once the treatment strategy has been decided, a small kit of medicines will be promptly dispatched to
you.
Your homeopathic medicine kit will be dispatched to you by courier from our state of the art
manufacturing facilities either in India or the USA.
The medicines kit contains the homoeopathic medicines that you will need. The kit also includes
medicines for emergencies or specific conditions that may arise during the course of the treatment such
as pain, fevers or bleeding, etc.
Medicine usage instructions will be sent to you by email.
Continuous Support
You can provide us with updates on your health throughout your treatment.
The Medical Officers you contact can advise and provide medicines as appropriate.
Our Telemedicine team will always be happy to provide seamless, consistent and well co-ordinated
services.
